PERMIT To operate a cafe which serves coffee, packaged beans, and food from outside vendors (Eating and drinking establishments- Prepared food shop) and for a tap room (eating and drinking establishment sit-down restaurant) and for a retail sale of consumer goods in an existing structure and for a retail sale of food beverages and groceries farmers market (open only on Sundays) in the existing parking lot with other existing uses in the property as previously approved.
