Permit for the removal of part of proviso (“Customers may order and pick up food from the drive-through line until 2AM Sunday through Saturday”) will be stricken/removed) for the existing takeout restaurant in an existing structure with other existing uses and remainder of ZBA proviso shall remain ("Interior access to the restaurant by the public is prohibited after 10 PM and before 5 AM on Monday through Thursday and after 11 PM and before 5 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday"), as previously approved.

With provisos: "(1) Temporary variance for 24-hour operation of drive-through lanes that expires June 4, 2028. When the variance expires, the drive-through lanes will operate until 2AM Sunday through Saturday. (2) Interior access to the restaurant prohibited after 10 PM and before 5 AM on Monday through Thursday and after 11 PM and before 5 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday."
