Permit for the relocation of lot line to create three lots (Parcels E, F, & G) from one lot (one OPA acct. 211175600 with three deeded parcels known as 267 Green Ln, 4489 Boone St, & 4490 Fleming St). Size and location per plans. For the proposed development on each lot as follows. Parcel E - Existing three family dwelling; with three accessory off-street parking spaces together with a 20.5' wide shared driveway access easement. Parcel F - Erect a three-story, semi-detached single-family dwelling with roof deck, one accessory off-street parking space together with a 20.5' wide shared driveway access easement. Parcel G - Erect a three-story, semi-detached single-family dwelling with roof deck and two accessory off-street parking spaces.
