Application is for partial demolition and for a small addition to existing take-out restaurant with addition of dual (two) drive thru lanes and the reduction of parking from 29 spaces to 16 spaces. Height of building being changed as per submitted architectural elevations. Application also includes all other site plan changes as per submitted plans.

With proviso: "Interior access to the restaurant by the public is prohibited after 10 PM and before 5 AM on Monday through Thursday and after 11 PM and before 5 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Customers may order and pick up food from the drive-through lanes until 2 AM Sunday through Saturday."
