(PERMIT) For the erection of a fence (exceeding height and opacity limits of PZC 14-706(3)(b)) surrounding utility equipment for a previously approved (see ZP-2021-012704 and ZBA variance granted under MI-2021-001755) addition to an attached structure to be used as Single-Family Household Living, and for the relocation of a gate within previously approved fences along the property lines, size and location as shown on plan/application; no other changes to previously approved additions or fences.
