On the newly consolidated lot, for the erection of two (2) buildings, as follows: Building 9-B: a three (3) story structure of 32.5ft high (Building 9-B) for use as multi-family household living (three(3) dwelling units). Building 9-A: a three (3) story structure of 31.8ft high (Building 9-A) for use as multi-family household living (four (4) dwelling units). The proposal also includes a surface parking area for thirteen (13) vehicles, including one ADA accessible space. The parking is to be accessed through two (2) twelve foot (12') wide curb cuts off Nassau Street. Size and location as shown in the attached application.
