And on Parcel A, for the erection of an attached structure (w/roof decks and pilot houses enclosing access stairs only), size and location as shown on plan/application, to be used as Multi-Family Household Living (Seven (7) Dwelling Units), with two (2) accessory garage parking spaces (including one (1) van-accessible space), accessed via an existing curb cut on Tasker Street. And on each Parcel B and C, for the erection of an attached structure (w/roof deck and pilot house enclosing access stairs only, and decks at the rear second floor), size and location as shown on plan/application, for use as Single-Family Household Living with two (2) accessory garage parking spaces accessed via an existing curb cut on Fernon Street.
