[SPECIAL EXCEPTION] Relocation of lot lines to create two lots (Parcel 7C1 and Parcel 7C2) from a deeded lot (1 crescent drive -parcel 7C) in one OPA account (size and location as shown on the plan). Parcel 7C1: Existing structure with existing use to remain with total 58 accessory parking spaces including (five (5) ADA accessible parking spaces, one (1) van accessible parking spaces and five (5) preferential parking spaces) and eighteen (18) bicycle parking spaces. Parcel 7C2: non-accessory surface parking lot with 242 surface parking spaces including (five (5) ADA accessible parking spaces and two (2) van accessible parking spaces and eleven (11) preferential parking spaces).
